Orders $75.00 and over qualify for our free ground shipping / handling offer.
We understand that when you make an order, you want your items as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Please read the details below, as there are some exceptions where products might take a little bit longer to get to your door. Always feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

Only in stock or special order items will be available for purchase. Most products will be available for purchase and will ship within 24 Hours. While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location! In these cases we will typically split the order and ship each package out to you individually. In some cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Most orders placed before 3:00 p.m. your local time will be processed same day. Orders placed via our free ground shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box; they will be required to ship out via USPS. Items shipping out via USPS may require up to four days of additional processing time. Typically orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx, however buchipower.com reserves the right to use the United Postal Service (This is mostly used for very small items.). If this is a problem, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Time
Please allow for 4-10 business days for your order to be shipped after it has been processed. Orders can take up to 48 hours to process depending on the item and availability. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 days for tracking information on non-custom made orders. For custom made products, the tracking information will be sent as soon as the product is finished.
